Getting there

By Road

Should you decide to travel by car, Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre is located just off the A325, accessible from the M3 (J4) and A31. Please follow signs for event car parking.

Parking at Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre is free and we have space for up to 3,500 cars.

For SatNav directions please use the postcode GU14 6TQ, which will take you to the Queen’s roundabout. From there follow signs for event car parking.

By Train

Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre is within easy reach of four stations – Farnborough Main, Farnborough North, North Camp and Aldershot.

Farnborough Main is served by South West Trains and sits on a mainline to London Waterloo. With up to six trains per hour and journey times as fast as 34 minutes, getting to Farnborough by train is a very fast and easy option. Farnborough Main station is 1.5 miles from the venue and just five minutes by taxi. Further information about the facilities at the station is available on the National Rail website.

Farnborough North and North Camp are served by First Great Western and located within a 10-minute taxi ride from the venue. Further information about the facilities at these stations is available on the National Rail website.

Aldershot is served by South West Trains and offers direct services to London Waterloo and Guildford. The station is a 10-minute taxi ride from the venue. Further information about the facilities at the station is available on the National Rail website.

From London airports:

To travel to Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre from Gatwick Airport by train, take the First Great Western service to North Camp Station. The train journey is approximately 50 minutes.

By Air

Traveling to the Farnborough International Exhibition & Conference Centre from overseas couldn’t be easier, with both London Heathrow and London Gatwick airports being within easy reach. Being located alongside TAG Farnborough Airport, ones Europe’s Leading business airports, private business jet travel is available for visitors to the venue.

Arriving & Parking

Farnborough is well-connected, just 35 minutes from Central London by train, 30 minutes from Heathrow and within easy reach of the M3 and M25.

Our site offers a truly unique proposition – drive-in access to both exhibition halls for easy unloading or display of vehicles during events, and free parking for up to 3,500 vehicles on a secure site, all alongside the TAG Farnborough Airport.

To make sure your event runs smoothly and safely:
• Guests can only access the site via one of our secured entry gates
• 24/7 security can be arranged
• Our highly trained teams know how to resolve security issues before they become a problem
• We offer different levels of security depending on your needs

Easy Access

By car: disabled parking is available for all our events. Please ensure you display your Blue Badge in your car and the traffic marshals will direct you to the disabled car park.

By taxi: Please note, you should bring your Blue Badge with you, even if you are arriving by taxi or private coach. If you are arriving by taxi and have your Blue Badge with you, you will be able to be dropped off at the main entrances. If you also require a pick up, please advise the taxi firm that you have a Blue Badge and the taxi will be permitted to pick you up from the main entrances.

Assistance dogs: assistance dogs are welcome, but we do not recommend that you bring them to events where noise levels are high.

Hearing impairments: induction loop audio systems are fitted in various locations.

Disabled facilities: accessible and disabled toilets are available throughout the venue.
